I almost thought about giving this hotel a decent review, but then i remembered the empty mini bar and the inconvenient towel placement, as well as the absence of any complimentary welcome gifts—absolutely astonishing. the location is nice, but that alone doesn’t make up for the utter lack of consideration ' basic needs. so disappointed!

This place has a cool nautical vibe, really fitting for its spot right in the heart of the harbor area. I enjoyed the comfort of my quiet room with top-notch La Bottega toiletries that added a nice touch. They had bicycles for rent, making it a breeze to explore nearby attractions.

On the downside, the lack of in-room tea or coffee-making facilities was a nuisance—having to wander to common areas for a cup isn't ideal. the bathroom layout left something to be desired, as there were no privacy features, which could feel awkward, especially in shared rooms. The breakfast price of €22 felt steep for what was on offer, and the missing closet in my room meant I had to deal with clutter rather than a tidy setup. If you need to use the parking lot, be aware that you won't get any discount as a hotel guest, which adds up over multiple nights. Lastly, the TV only had a limited range of channels, so if you're hoping for entertainment, you might want to bring your own.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was modern and trendy, and we easily accessed attractions like St Michael's Church and the Elbphilharmonie. The staff were very friendly, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Don't miss trying out the local Späti for late-night snacks! Highly recommend this spot.

We loved being able to walk to amazing spots like the International Maritime Museum in just over 500 meters and Miniatur Wunderland in less than a 10-minute stroll, making our city explorations super easy and fun. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, really making us feel welcome.

Friendly reception staff helped with my luggage. Wi-fi is strong. Restaurant was decent.
